Please read this User Agreement before using the ratinhat.com website and its features. Registering on the site signifies your full and unconditional agreement to its terms. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the site.1. Terms and Definitions1.1. In this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:1.1.1. "Rat in Hat" Service or Service – a set of software solutions at ratinhat.com that enables interaction between the Seller and the Buyer to conclude Transactions regarding Products and conduct secure settlements.1.1.2. Owner – the Administration of the "Rat in Hat" Service, represented by its authorized representative, who holds the rights to use, manage, and dispose of the Service.1.1.3. User – a person accessing the Service to use its services, in particular a Seller or a Buyer.1.1.4. Seller – an individual registered on the Service who sells Products.1.1.5. Buyer – an individual who buys, intends to buy, or reviews information about a Product.1.1.6. Product – digital and virtual game items offered by the Seller for sale to Buyers on the Service.1.1.7. Robux – a virtual game currency used on the Roblox platform.1.1.8. Roblox – a multiplayer online platform owned by Roblox Corporation.1.1.9. Transaction – an agreement for the sale of a Product, concluded on the Service between the Seller and the Buyer.1.1.10. Account – the User's personal page on the Service, accessible after registration.1.1.11. Pending Orders – a status indicating that Robux have been sent by the Seller and are being credited to the Buyer's Roblox account or are awaiting confirmation of receipt.
1.2. Other terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and common practice on the Internet.1.3. The headings of the Agreement's sections are for convenience only and have no legal effect.2. General Provisions2.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the User and the Owner, as well as between Users when conducting Transactions.2.2. The ratinhat.com Service is a marketplace and is not a party to the Transaction between the Seller and the Buyer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.3. The purpose of the Service is to provide a safe space for Transactions with Products intended for entertainment. The Service is not associated with gambling.2.4. The risk of further use of the Product (including Robux) transfers to the Buyer upon confirmation of receipt. The Owner is not liable for possible consequences, including sanctions from the game's administration.3. Subject of the Agreement3.1. The Owner provides the User with:3.1.1. A royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the site and its software for their intended purpose.
3.2. The license is granted for the period and within the territory where the site and Account remain accessible to the User.3.3. The User is prohibited from:3.3.1. Circumventing technical restrictions set on the site.3.3.2. Studying the technology, decompiling, or disassembling the site, except as expressly permitted by law.3.3.3. Creating copies of the site, Account, or their visual design.3.3.4. Modifying the site or Account in any way.3.3.5. Performing actions aimed at disrupting the functionality of the site.3.3.6. Providing third-party access to their Account.3.3.7. Committing fraud or misleading other Users through the Service or similar software.3.3.8. Using software that interferes with transactions on game servers owned by the site.3.3.9. Using third-party documents or payment methods.
3.4. The subject of the agreement is the provision of access to the Service for the purchase and sale of Products according to the catalog posted on the site.4. Personal Data4.1. The User consents to the processing of their information, including personal data provided when using the site, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.4.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.5. Dispute Resolution5.1. The parties establish a mandatory pre-trial claim procedure for dispute resolution.5.2. Claims are accepted by the Owner in writing through the support service indicated on the site.5.3. The period for considering a claim through the support service is up to 14 days from the moment of contact.5.4. Service delivery times are determined by the terms specified by the Seller. In case of their violation, the User has the right to contact support.5.5. To resolve purchase issues, the Owner may request proof of payment or other data specified during the transaction from the User.6. Limitation of Liability6.1. The Owner is not liable for User's losses resulting from unlawful actions of third parties, including unauthorized access to the Account.6.2. Software and hardware failures that prevent access to the site are considered force majeure events and release the Owner from liability.6.3. The Owner does not guarantee that the site will meet the User's requirements or operate uninterruptedly, quickly, reliably, and without errors.6.4. By paying for a Product, the User assumes full responsibility for their actions. The payment amount is reserved at the start of the interaction with the Seller.6.5. If the User violates the terms of the Agreement, the site administration may, at its discretion and without prior notice, take the following actions:1) refuse or suspend a transaction;2) hold the User's offers indefinitely;3) hold the Account balance;4) refuse monetary withdrawals to the User's payment methods;5) block the User's Account.
6.6. The User has the right to appeal these actions by contacting the support service.6.7. Buyer's Acknowledgment of Risks:6.7.1. The Buyer is aware and agrees that purchasing and selling Robux (or other in-game valuables) through third-party platforms may violate Roblox's Terms of Service.6.7.2. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with such Transactions, including but not limited to:a) Blocking or restricting access to the Buyer's game account by the Roblox administration.b) Annulment (deletion) of acquired Robux (or other in-game valuables) from the Buyer's account by the Roblox administration.6.7.3. The Service Owner and the Seller are not liable for any sanctions applied by the Roblox administration to the Buyer's account or acquired Products AFTER the successful completion of the Transaction (i.e., after receipt has been confirmed).6.8. Seller's Responsibility: The Seller is responsible for the lawful origin of the Robux they sell and for their proper transfer to the Buyer.7. Refunds7.1. All sales on Rat in Hat are final. Refunds are possible only under the following conditions:7.1.1. The Buyer did not receive their order. Cancellation is possible at any time before the product is fully or partially delivered.7.1.2. The product received by the buyer does not match its description.7.2. The refund policy does not cover the following:7.2.1. Buyers who have verified and confirmed the receipt of their order.8. Monetary Transactions8.1. To add funds to their balance, the User must use one of the payment methods available on the site.8.2. User funds are stored on the balance of payment systems.8.3. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited.8.4. Withdrawal of unused funds is possible 10 days after they are credited. We may require documents confirming the payment or your identity.9. Changes to the Agreement9.1. The Owner has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement. Such changes take effect upon publication of the new version at https://ratinhat.com/agreement.9.2. Continued use of the site signifies the User's agreement to the new version of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the new terms, they must stop using the site.
